We foster balanced societies that can adapt to the speed of human evolution.
This framework formulates the importance of the collective interaction between the different stakeholders within a knowledge economy: government, industry and/or private, academia, civil society and universities. It is a work scheme centered on the user, which favors the development of products and services oriented towards the interests of society as a whole.
We love innovation and boost it through collaboration and co-creation, with the purpose to build new realities that benefit people’s self-realization and live purpose.
The premise of the contest was a call to save lives, save communities, and save businesses through innovative ideas and solutions. It was possible to convene groups of volunteers, mentors, juries, opinion leaders and participating ideas, all with the intention of contributing and having a positive impact on society.
It was a global event in which teams from Chile, Mexico, Nicaragua, Ecuador, Argentina, Sweden and Azerbaijan participated. At the same time, it was sponsored by the Swedish Embassy in Chile, Business Sweden, the Chilean-Swedish Chamber of Commerce and CAMCHAL.
Hack for Chile ® is a platform that seeks to bring open innovation within everyone’s reach. The program analyzes ecosystems and promotes new projects in collaborative spaces, inviting the community to learn, experiment and co-create peer-to-peer through multiple initiatives and hackathons linked to capacity development, the generation of alliances and the start-up of transformative projects and ideas for the next generation of global citizens.
Hack for Chile ® is an incentive for the participation of areas and groups of society that are usually excluded from topics related to science, technology and innovation, so that it democratizes the transmission of knowledge in a transversal way.
The program proposes a new way of thinking about innovation, openly and collaboratively, allowing us to dream of a vision of tomorrow based on the common good and being a development engine for the skills, ingenuity, talent and creativity of the human being.
“To carry out this program, a collaboration link has been created with Sweden, a global benchmark in terms of innovation. This strategic association between both countries will allow the creation of new innovation ecosystems, know-how transmission activities, training and exchange for future generations of leaders, innovators and decision makers”.
